My room is very comfy, and the hotel has ensured the guest has every comfort. Room service is excellent! Tia, who works in the bar even made sure I had fresh milk for my tea! I would recommend this hotel to any guest needing to be near Pembury or Tunbridge Wells for work.

Mercure have always been pretty reliable. Prices have gone up.. however can say that for everywhere and everything. Nice room , very comfy bed. Lovely staff who couldn't do enough to help. Family were all very happy. Found it very accesible. Thank you

Lovely staff nice hotel

This is my 2nd week as I am on a course, the room is amazing, the toilet didn't flush and the staff did everything to help. The restaurant staff are lovely and nothing is too much for them thank you so much. The food is well cooked and extremely tasty.

Away for work

Staying here for work, room was okay, a bit tired in its appearance, as most of the venue did also. Staff friendly and helpful, car park was free to residents. The food here was not great, especially the lunch that was provided at our conference.
